Maysan: Maysan Governorate Police dismantled an armed robbery gang and arrested all its members, in cooperation with the Falcons Intelligence Cell.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the police command stated in a statement that the gang consisted of three individuals. They were arrested and firearms were seized in simultaneous raids after tracking and monitoring their movements and obtaining legal approvals.

The statement added that the defendants confessed to carrying out two armed robberies of homes in the governorate center and stealing large sums of money and gold jewelry.
