Antalya: The Republic of Iraq and the Republic of Turkey convened the fifth meeting of the High-Level Security Mechanism in Antalya, Turkey, featuring participation from high-ranking officials from both nations.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Iraqi delegation was led by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein, accompanied by Defense Minister Thabet al-Abbasi, National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji, Chairman of the Popular Mobilization Forces Faleh al-Fayyadh, Interior Minister of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq Reber Ahmed Khalid, Head of the Intelligence Service Hamid al-Shatri, and Head of the Department of Neighboring Countries at the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mohammed Redha al-Husseini.

The Turkish side was represented by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, along with Minister of National Defense Yasar Guler, Director of the National Intelligence Service Ibrahim Kalin, and Deputy Interior Minister Munir Karaoglu. The meeting focused on enhancing security cooperation and joint coordination on matters of mutual interest, aiming to support regional security and stability.
