Baghdad: Judicial authorities released the head of the Arab Coalition, former Kirkuk Governor, and current member of the Provincial Council, Rakan Saeed al-Jubouri, from al-Salihiya Prison on bail, a day after his arrest.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, an informed source reported yesterday, Monday, that al-Jubouri was arrested in the capital, Baghdad, pending investigation into cases related to harming public funds.
