Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that attempts to strategically defeat his country have not succeeded. During a meeting with mayors of Russian regions, Putin stated, “Attempts to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia on the battlefield have failed,” noting that the West is beginning to understand this reality.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Putin further emphasized that Western weapons supplied to Ukraine are frequently ending up on the “black market.” He elaborated that the arms transported to Ukraine from Western nations are appearing on international black markets, including regions in Africa and the Middle East.
