Baghdad: The Military Intelligence Directorate announced the arrest of several suspects involved in various legal cases across the governorates of Nineveh, Anbar, Salah al-Din, Baghdad, and Maysan.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Directorate detailed that the arrests were executed based on precise intelligence from the branches of the 6th, 7th, 14th, 16th, 21st, and 22nd Divisions. These operations were conducted with the participation and coordination of intelligence and forces from the brigades of these commands. The Directorate employed well-planned ambushes in several areas within the mentioned governorates, leading to the apprehension of suspects in the districts of Al-Qaim, Sharqat, and Al-Maymouna, as well as the sub-districts of Shura, Hatra, Al-Mushahidah, and Al-Kuwayr, and the areas of Al-Hamidat and Al-Awsaja.

The arrested individuals have been handed over to the relevant authorities following established procedures.
