Baghdad: The Council of Ministers held its regular session, chaired by Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the session was convened to discuss various issues pertinent to national governance and policy-making. The meeting focused on reviewing ongoing projects, assessing current governmental strategies, and planning for the upcoming fiscal period.

The session chaired by Al-Sudani also provided an opportunity for ministers to present their department’s progress reports and outline challenges faced in their respective sectors. The council emphasized the importance of coordination between ministries to enhance efficiency and service delivery to the public.

In addition, the session included deliberations on improving economic stability and boosting infrastructural development as part of the government’s broader agenda. The Council of Ministers is expected to continue its regular meetings to ensure consistent oversight and implementation of national policies.
