Baghdad: The Head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Moayad Al Lami, made a phone call to the family of journalist Ahmed Mohammed Samangi to check on his health following major surgery in Baghdad. Samangi, a member of the Kirkuk branch of the Journalists Syndicate, recently underwent the procedure in the capital.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al Lami expressed the Syndicate’s willingness to support Samangi’s treatment. This gesture reflects the Syndicate’s commitment to its members’ welfare during challenging times.

Samangi’s wife, Samia Jawed, conveyed her appreciation for Al Lami’s concern and his proactive engagement with journalists. She thanked him for his support and follow-up, which provided comfort to the family during this period.
