Jerusalem: Israeli army spokesman Avichay Adraee announced today, Sunday, that two rockets were launched from the central Gaza Strip and that air raid sirens were activated. Adraee said in a statement: “Following the alerts activated in Kissufim, two rockets were launched from the central Gaza Strip towards Israeli territory. One was intercepted, while the other fell in an open area without causing any casualties.”
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Israeli war on the besieged Gaza Strip continues at a violent pace, amid increasing military escalation and an unprecedented humanitarian crisis. The number of martyrs and wounded since the resumption of the war on March 18 has reached 3,193 and 8,993 wounded.
