Paris: Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities, Dr. Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani, inaugurated the Iraqi Cultural Center in Paris, in the presence of the Iraqi Ambassador to Paris, the Iraqi Embassy staff, and the commercial and military attach©s accredited to Paris.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Badrani praised the efforts of the Iraqi Embassy in Paris to coordinate the opening of the building with French and Iraqi government agencies, which resulted in achieving this goal. He also explained the Iraqi government’s ambitious plan to reopen Iraqi cultural centers around the world, the first of which was the Iraqi Cultural Center in London at the beginning of this year.

The Minister described the Cultural Center as a home for all Iraqis, promoting Iraqi culture in all its diversity, depth, and antiquity, and activating the role of intellectuals and artists abroad.
