Samarra: Units of the 315th Brigade of Saraya al Salam, the military wing of the Sadrist Movement, in cooperation with the Riverine Force, carried out a security operation in the Samarra sector of responsibility.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the operation included the Al Hawaij area and surrounding regions, with a large scale deployment and thorough field inspection conducted. The mission aimed to secure the sector from potential terrorist threats and target individuals on wanted lists.

This operation was part of pre-prepared strategic plans implemented by the Operations Command, designed to maintain the security achievements in the sector.
