London: Director of Cultural Exchange at the Ministry of Education, Ali Al Baydar, discussed with Turkish Minister of Education, Yusuf Tekin, the mechanisms for implementing the memorandum of understanding signed between the two countries to enhance educational cooperation, exchange educational delegations, develop language programs, and establish joint knowledge platforms that contribute to supporting cultural understanding and achieving sustainable development goals.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during their meeting on the sidelines of the International Education Forum in London, the two sides stressed the importance of expanding cultural exchange programs, developing curricula, and exchanging expertise in the fields of educational training and capacity building, which would contribute to the development of the education sectors in Iraq and Turkey.
