Mosul: A man in his fifties has reportedly taken his own life by hanging himself inside his home in the Zummar district, located west of Mosul.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a source from Nineveh Police revealed that the man was discovered deceased in his private room by his family. The body has been handed over to the Mosul Forensic Medicine Authority for further investigation. The reasons behind the suicide remain unknown, and the police source did not provide any details regarding the motive.
