Baghdad: President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, met today with the Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidane. During the meeting, ways of joint coordination between the Presidency of the Republic and the judicial and executive authorities were discussed.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the President emphasized the importance of maintaining ongoing cooperation between the judiciary and other state institutions to contribute to providing the best services to citizens. He acknowledged the efforts of the President of the Supreme Judicial Council in supporting the work of state institutions and enhancing the performance of judicial institutions to enable them to perform their duties in serving society.

Judge Zidane expressed his gratitude to the President for his interest in the judicial institution and supporting its efforts to enforce and implement the law and achieve justice.
