Gaza City: At least 24 Palestinians were killed and dozens wounded early Tuesday morning in a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting areas in Gaza City and gatherings of Palestinians waiting for humanitarian aid south of Wadi Gaza, in the central Gaza Strip.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, rescue and civil defense crews recovered five martyrs from under the rubble of a house bombed in the Al-Sabra neighborhood south of Gaza City. These individuals were transferred to Al-Shifa Medical Complex, along with several wounded individuals.
Medical sources at Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat reported receiving 19 martyrs and 146 wounded due to the bombing targeting hundreds of Palestinians who had gathered to receive relief aid on Salah al-Din Street, south of Wadi Gaza. Among the wounded, 62 sustained serious injuries, with most of them being children and women.
