Unidentified Drone Targets Site in Camp Taji


Baghdad: Baghdad Operations Commander, Lieutenant General Walid Al-Tamimi, announced that an unknown drone targeted, at dawn today, Tuesday, one of the sites in Taji camp, without causing any casualties.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, the incident involved a drone that has not been identified, and it attacked a location within Camp Taji. The attack did not result in any injuries or fatalities. Lieutenant General Al-Tamimi provided this update while assuring that investigations are underway to determine the origin and intent of the drone.



Camp Taji, situated north of Baghdad, has been a strategic site for military operations. The lack of casualties in this incident has been noted, but the authorities are on high alert to prevent any future occurrences. The situation has highlighted ongoing security challenges in the region.
