Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Wednesday, that its air defense systems shot down 18 Ukrainian drones overnight over several regions of the country.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry stated, “Last night, from 10:45 PM Moscow time on June 24 to 05:40 AM Moscow time on June 25, air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 18 Ukrainian drones.”

The Ministry further detailed that seven drones were destroyed over the territory of Rostov Oblast, four drones over the Republic of Crimea, two drones over Krasnodar Territory, two drones over Kursk Oblast, two drones over the Black Sea Basin, and one drone over Bryansk Oblast.
