Hillah: Three members of the same family died in a traffic accident south of Hillah, the capital of Babil Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Brigadier General Zaher Mohammed, Director of Babil Traffic Information, stated that the tragic incident occurred on the highway linking Babil and Diwaniyah. The victims were traveling together in a car when the accident took place.

He further mentioned that the police have transferred the bodies to the forensic medicine department. An investigation into the accident has been initiated to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
