Washington: US President Donald Trump made statements on Sunday in which he revealed exciting details regarding US military operations against Iran during his presidency and the Syrian file. Trump confirmed in a statement to the American Fox News network, “I would not have allowed Iran to enrich uranium,” noting that Tehran had been seeking to possess a nuclear weapon for years and was “weeks away from obtaining one.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Trump described the “12-day war between Israel and Iran” as “intense” and “fantastic” for Iran, stressing that “every missile we launched at Iran hit its target.” He claimed that the United States “destroyed all three nuclear sites in Iran,” adding that Israel “was able to damage its nuclear facilities.”

He stressed the need to prosecute those who leaked intelligence about our strikes on Iran, announcing that he would receive the pilots who bombed Iran at the White House. Trump continued, “Iran didn’t remove anything from the Fordow facility before it was struck,” adding, “There are thousands of tons of crushed rock at the Fordow facility, and the whole place is destroyed.”

Regarding Syria, Trump said he did not know whether Damascus would sign a normalization agreement with Israel, but indicated that he had “lifted sanctions on it.” He added, “If Syria can be at peace, I will lift sanctions on it, and that will make a difference.”
