Anbar: The Popular Mobilization Forces announced the arrest of a terrorist in Anbar in a special operation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Authority stated that detachments from the General Directorate of Security and Discipline of the Popular Mobilization Forces were able to arrest the terrorist (N. M.) in Anbar Governorate, during a special operation carried out without any casualties.

The Authority explained that the operation was based on accurate intelligence information that led to the location of the wanted individual after his return to his previous residential area. The raid was carried out inside a house within a well-known security area and resulted in the successful arrest of the target.

It stated: This action comes within the framework of ongoing efforts to track down wanted individuals, strike sleeper cells, and protect security in the liberated areas.
