Astana: Iraqi weightlifter Musa Khudair won a gold medal and two silver medals at the Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championship in the Kazakh capital, Astana, on Tuesday. According to National Iraqi News Agency, international champion Musa Khudair clinched the gold medal in the snatch event by successfully lifting 144 kg. He also secured a silver medal in the clean and jerk event, lifting 168 kg, and went on to earn a second silver medal for the overall total with a combined lift of 312 kg.
