Paris: French President Emmanuel Macron called for joint recognition by Paris and London of an independent Palestinian state. The French President told reporters that this is the only way to achieve peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Macron emphasized the importance of uniting voices in France, Britain, and globally to recognize the State of Palestine.
