Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Monday that its air defense systems successfully shot down 11 Ukrainian drones overnight in various regions, including four Russian territories and the Black Sea.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, in an official statement, the ministry said: “Between 8:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Moscow time, on-duty air defense systems destroyed 11 Ukrainian drones.”
The statement clarified that six drones were intercepted over Oryol region, two over Bryansk, one over Kursk, one over Crimea, and another over the Black Sea.
The ministry did not report any material damage or casualties resulting from the attacks.
