Baghdad: The new issue of the Iraqi Gazette, No. (4831), has been released, encompassing significant legal amendments and directives. This latest edition highlights two pivotal Republican Decrees alongside a series of instructions and statements.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Republican Decree No. (30) of 2025 officially appoints Judge Munther Ibrahim Hussein Al-Khazali as the President of the Federal Supreme Court. Furthermore, Republican Decree No. (31) of 2025 names Judge Hassan Fouad Munim Al-Khafaji as a reserve member of the Federal Supreme Court.
The publication also introduces Instructions No. (1) of 2025, which represents the first amendment to the 2017 instructions by the Higher Committee for Planning and Employment of the Workforce. Additional instructions for document preservation at the Trade Bank of Iraq, labeled as No. (1) of 2025, were included. Furthermore, the issue comprises several statements from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, numbered (1 through 6) of 2025, as well as Statement No. (2045) of 2025 from the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control.
