Diyala: Diyala University has secured a position among the top ten Iraqi universities based on the contribution percentage of the first and corresponding authors to internationally published research in journals indexed in the Scopus and Clarivate databases.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the President of Diyala University, Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, emphasized that this achievement highlights the university's commitment to enhancing the quality of scientific research and facilitating the publication of research in high-impact journals. This effort is aimed at strengthening the university's scientific reputation both nationally and internationally.

The University President acknowledged the significant efforts of the lecturers and researchers across various colleges and research centers within the university. He urged the continuation of this scientific progress by supporting research teams and promoting effective collaborative publishing.
