Kut: National Security Adviser Qasim al-Araji offered his condolences to the families of the martyrs in the Kut hypermarket fire incident, visiting several mourning gatherings for the victims.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Araji stated, “We confirm that the relevant authorities are working to uncover the circumstances of the incident to determine its causes and hold those responsible accountable in accordance with the law.” He emphasized that the authorities will ensure accountability and justice for any negligence related to the incident.
