Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani approved the results of the investigative committee investigating the tragic fire incident in the city of Kut. His media office released a statement outlining the actions taken following the committee's findings.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the results included referring the governor of Wasit, in his capacity as head of the Civil Defense Committee in the province, along with the members of the aforementioned committee, to an investigation. This step aims to uncover responsibility and determine the causes of negligence associated with the incident.
