Basra: A fire that erupted in an orchard in Al-Dair district, located north of Basra, was successfully extinguished by Civil Defense teams on Saturday evening.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the fire occurred in the village of Umm Masjid in the Al-Mustafa area of Al-Dair district. The Civil Defense teams managed to control the blaze without any human casualties being reported.
