Erbil: Three civilians were killed in a shooting incident at a gas station on Koya Street in central Erbil, as announced by the Erbil Provincial Police Directorate on Wednesday evening.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the directorate stated that a verbal altercation erupted between a gas station employee and a driver accompanied by a passenger, which subsequently escalated into a shooting. The incident tragically resulted in the death of three civilians at the scene.

The police reported that the suspect was immediately apprehended, and legal procedures have been initiated against him.
