Moscow: The Russian Defense Ministry announced the downing of 29 Ukrainian drones last night in the southwestern regions of the country.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Defense Ministry stated in a statement: "Air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 29 Ukrainian drones over the southwestern provinces of the country last night, from 00:00 to 03:30 Moscow time."

The Ministry added that Kyiv's forces continue to target areas in southwestern Russia with drones and missiles on an almost daily basis, while the Russian army continues its advance on all fronts.
