Amara: The Maysan Governorate Police Command announced today the arrest of three suspects who fired gunshots during a funeral procession in the city center of Amara.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Command stated that police detachments responded immediately after hearing gunfire in a residential neighborhood. It was determined that the source of the gunfire was a funeral ceremony for a deceased person. The statement confirmed that three suspects who fired the gunshots were arrested.
