Sanaa: The Yemeni Ministry of Health announced that the death toll from the Israeli airstrikes on the capital, Sanaa, has risen to 6 dead and 86 injured, according to a preliminary toll. The ministry stated that civil defense and rescue teams are still searching for and identifying missing persons.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the capital, Sanaa, was subjected to Israeli airstrikes targeting a number of vital and service facilities. Israeli aircraft targeted the oil company’s station on 60th Street in the capital, and several other raids targeted the Ziz power station south of the capital.
A source in the Yemeni Ministry of Defense said that air defenses were able to neutralize most of the aircraft participating in the aggression and force them to leave. For its part, the Israeli army said that the targets included a military complex housing the presidential palace, two power plants, and a fuel storage site.
