Sulaymaniyah: The Sulaymaniyah Court of Appeal has postponed the trial of Shaswar Abdul Wahid, leader of the New Generation Movement, for the third consecutive time. The trial is now scheduled for September 2.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Abdul Wahid's appearance before the court last Thursday morning followed his arrest, which stemmed from lawsuits filed against him by citizens. The court decided to delay the trial due to insufficient evidence to proceed with his arrest.
