President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid Enhances University Libraries with Book Donations


Baghdad: President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid has donated a collection of significant books and resources to the Universities of Salahaddin and Halabja.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, a presidential statement highlighted that this initiative is part of President Rashid’s ongoing support for academic progress in the country.



The statement noted that Mohammed Amin Faris, the President’s representative, delivered the books to the University of Salahaddin in Erbil Governorate. During the presentation, Faris conveyed the President’s greetings to the university’s professors and students, wishing them continued success in their academic endeavors.



In a similar gesture, Ezzedine Majeed, another representative of the President, distributed books to the University of Halabja. He emphasized the President’s commitment to supporting efforts that enhance the scientific and cultural landscape of the country.



The presidents and teaching staff of both universities expressed their gratitude for the President’s contributions. They acknowledged that the President’s focus on academic advancement plays a crucial role in establishing a foundation of awareness and culture for future generations.
