Doha: The Palestinian Hamas movement announced on Friday that its leader in the Gaza Strip, Khalil al-Hayya, is still alive following the Israeli airstrike that targeted the movement's headquarters in the Qatari capital, Doha.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the movement said in a statement that al-Hayya performed the funeral prayer for his son, Humam, and a number of martyrs who fell in the assassination attempt in Doha, amid special security arrangements in Qatar.
