Baghdad: Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Dr. Shakhwan Abdullah, has instructed the Ministry of Agriculture to enforce the law that cancels the decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council, aiming to return properties to their rightful owners.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Dr. Abdullah hosted the Administrative Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Dr. Mahdi Al-Jubouri, at his official office in Baghdad to discuss matters pertinent to the agricultural sector. A key focus of the meeting was the implementation of Law No. 3 of 2025, which mandates the reversal of previous council decisions and the restitution of properties in the regions of Kirkuk, Diyala, and Salah al-Din.

The directive emphasizes the need for the law's execution to ensure justice and the restoration of rights to original property owners, reflecting a significant step towards addressing historical grievances and fostering fairness within the affected communities.
