President of the Republic Receives Credentials of Ambassadors from South Korea, Indonesia, and Bangladesh


Baghdad: President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received the credentials of the Ambassadors of the Republic of South Korea, Lee Joon-il, the Republic of Indonesia, Didik Aiko Pujianto, and the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Muhammad Maqsudul Haq, at the Baghdad Palace today. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, President Rashid emphasized Iraq’s commitment to fostering balanced relations that enhance cooperation and contribute to building genuine partnerships serving mutual interests. He highlighted Iraq’s ongoing efforts to promote international peace and security. The President extended his wishes for the success of the ambassadors in their diplomatic missions.



The Ambassadors expressed their gratitude to the President for his support in facilitating their duties. They emphasized their countries’ intentions to strengthen friendly relations and coordinate on issues of common interest with Iraq.
