Kirkuk: The Chairman of Kirkuk Provincial Council, Engineer Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Hafidh, received the First Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, at Kirkuk International Airport today.
