Al-Sadr’s Aides Convey His Directives to Resigned Sadrist Bloc MPs

Baghdad: The two assistants to Sadrist Movement leader Muqtada Al-Sadr, Hassan Al-Athari and Ahmed Al-Mutairi, have communicated his directives and recommendations to the resigned Sadrist bloc MPs. A series of videos and photos captured the gathering of these MPs at Al-Zahra Mosque in Najaf, a location affiliated with the Sadrist Movement, where they were summoned and met.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting's attendees engaged in discussions about the current political situation in Iraq. The resigned MPs were specifically urged to adhere to the directives and instructions issued by Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr. Although the meeting was significant, the precise directions and instructions from Al-Sadr, as well as the main reason behind the invitation to meet in Najaf, remain unclear.
