Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Monday that it had downed 356 Ukrainian drones and that its forces had taken control of the town of Otradnoye, located in the Kharkiv region of eastern Ukraine.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry stated in a statement that Russian forces targeted Ukrainian military positions in 145 areas along the front lines, resulting in losses of 885 Ukrainian soldiers, in addition to dozens of combat vehicles, cars, artillery, ammunition depots, and electronic warfare stations.
The Ministry added that Russian warplanes and drones, along with missile and artillery forces, carried out strikes targeting energy infrastructure, oil industry facilities, and fuel storage facilities used to support Ukrainian forces, in addition to sites designated for storing and launching long-range drones.
