Moscow: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the shooting down of 32 Ukrainian drones last night in the country’s southwestern provinces.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry explained that Kyiv’s forces continue to target areas in southwestern Russia with drones and missiles on an almost daily basis, while the Russian army continues its advance on all fronts.

The ministry added that President Vladimir Putin emphasized the need to expand the scope of the military operation to push Kyiv’s forces away from Russian territory, including those within range of Western missiles and weapons targeting Russia.
