Israeli Military Strikes Hit Southern Lebanon Towns

Beirut: The Israeli army launched a series of violent attacks on several towns in southern Lebanon today, Thursday, after issuing evacuation warnings to residents of these areas.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Israeli army attacked several buildings it had threatened in the towns of Kfar Dounine, Zawtar al-Sharqiya, Aita al-Jabal, Taybeh, and Tayr Dibba. The Israeli army claimed in its warnings that its attacks on these towns were part of targeting “military infrastructure belonging to Hezbollah.”

Footage and videos showed the moment Israeli aircraft launched violent raids targeting the threatened buildings. Following this and fearing the continuation of these attacks, some schools in the Nabatieh and Tyre districts decided to close their doors until next Monday.
