Gaza: Palestinian factions and forces issued a joint statement affirming their complete adherence to the Palestinian people's right to resistance and self-defense, rejecting the recent UN Security Council resolution on the Gaza Strip, which was passed under US pressure.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, in their statement, the factions described the resolution as "an instrument of international trusteeship" and "a deep complicity in the war of genocide" waged by the Israeli occupation. They asserted that the resolution bypasses international law and aims to impose on-the-ground arrangements against the will of the Palestinian people.

They warned that "any international force deployed in Gaza in the proposed form will become a new form of foreign occupation or imposed administration, thus restricting the Palestinian people's right to self-determination."
