Basra: Basra police arrested three suspects and seized drugs and weapons.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Basra Governorate Police Command stated: “A joint force from the Third Basra Emergency Regiment, the Regimental Intelligence Unit, and the Basra Narcotics Division carried out a security operation that resulted in the arrest of three suspects in various areas of the governorate.”

It added: “Quantities of crystal methamphetamine, Tramadol pills, and drug paraphernalia were seized, in addition to weapons and ammunition. Legal measures have been taken against the suspects, and they have been referred to the competent authorities.”
