Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani inaugurated the third phase of rehabilitation at the Central Children’s Hospital in Al-Karkh, marking the completion of the project and the hospital’s return to full operation with a capacity of 400 beds.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the completion of this phase signifies a significant milestone in enhancing healthcare facilities for children in the region. The rehabilitation work aimed to improve the infrastructure and facilities at the hospital, ensuring better healthcare services for the pediatric population.

The Central Children’s Hospital now boasts a capacity of 400 beds, which is expected to significantly alleviate the pressure on healthcare services in Al-Karkh.
