Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani and Kurdistan Regional Government Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani emphasized the need to expedite the completion of procedures for forming the next government.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister’s Media Office reported that Al-Sudani hosted Talabani on Monday. The meeting addressed the overall conditions in the country, focusing on political, economic, and developmental issues. Discussions also included ways to enhance stability to advance project implementation and improve public services across Iraq.
Both leaders highlighted the necessity of promptly finalizing the requirements for forming the new government. They stressed the importance of building on the achievements of the current administration and adhering to the constitution and relevant laws to address national issues.
