Baghdad: National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji met with the Hungarian Ambassador to Iraq, Osama al-Nafaa, to discuss strengthening security cooperation between the two countries.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the National Security Chancellery released a press statement indicating that the meeting took place at Al-Araji’s office. The discussions focused on enhancing friendly relations, cooperation, and the exchange of expertise in areas of mutual interest, particularly in security cooperation.

The meeting also involved a comprehensive review of the political situation in both the region and the broader world. The parties emphasized the importance of supporting initiatives that foster security and stability regionally and globally.
