According to National Iraqi News Agency, the presidential statement highlighted that the leaders focused on the importance of continuous coordination between Iraq and Iran as a significant element in addressing regional challenges. President Rashid reaffirmed Iraq's firm opposition to any aggression or violation of national sovereignty, advocating for peace and dialogue as the preferred means to resolve ongoing issues and safeguard collective interests. He expressed Iraq's readiness to support any regional or international initiatives that promote stability and prevent escalation.

The discussion also covered various regional and international topics, with particular attention to the situation in Gaza. Both leaders expressed unified views on the necessity of recognizing the Palestinian people's legitimate rights to establish an independent state.
