Health Ministers of Iraq and Tunisia Explore Cooperation in Medical Tourism and Pharmaceuticals

Tripoli: Health Minister Dr. Saleh Mahdi Al-Hasnawi engaged in discussions with his Tunisian counterpart, Dr. Mustafa Al-Farjani, focusing on bolstering cooperation in the fields of medical tourism and localizing the pharmaceutical industry. The dialogue took place during the 63rd session of the Council of Arab Health Ministers, held in Tripoli.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Dr. Al-Hasnawi expressed Iraq's commitment to expanding its health relations with Arab nations. He highlighted the importance of partnerships that could improve the health sector and contribute to sustainable development. The meeting underscored mutual interests in enhancing cooperation in pharmaceutical fields, aiming to advance healthcare outcomes in both countries.
