Baghdad: Iraqi government spokesman Bassem al-Awadi announced that the transfer of ISIS terrorists from Syria is a preemptive step to defend national security, noting that legal procedures to deal with them have already begun.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Awadi explained that the transfer of ISIS terrorists from Syria is imperative due to the rapidly evolving situation in Syria.
