Muscat: The first round of indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States began this morning in the Omani capital, Muscat. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi confirmed that Tehran will firmly uphold its rights during the negotiations with the American side.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Araqchi emphasized before the negotiations that Iran is entering the discussions with open eyes and a clear memory of last year’s events. He stated that Iran is engaging in these negotiations in good faith and will firmly uphold its rights.
